Plan the pots per guest
As a working guide for a mixed crowd:
- Soup: about 300ml per guest if soup is one of several dishes, 500ml if it is the main event.
- Swallow: one wrap (eba, fufu, amala) or one piece of pounded yam per guest, plus 10 percent extra.
- Rice: one to one and a half takeaway packs per guest when jollof and white rice are both served.
- Protein: one to two pieces per guest — chicken, turkey, beef, fish or peppered snails.
Add 10 to 15 percent for heavy eaters, then tell us the number you settle on and we cook to it.

How to get a quote
- Message our WhatsApp line with the date, the venue town or city, and the number of guests.
- Tell us which soups, stews and rice you want, plus any dietary notes — no crayfish, mild pepper, no beef.
- We send a quote with the pots, packs and delivery broken out, so you can adjust before you commit.
- Pay by wallet, bank transfer or InspireMe Pay. For large events a deposit can be agreed.
Delivery and serving
We deliver to the venue on the day, hot and packed for serving or takeaway. Chafing trays, coolers and serving spoons can be arranged on request. Payment sits in escrow until the order is confirmed delivered, so the organiser is protected as well.
